I have been doing business with Laurie and the gang for years, and all I have to say is great job. My bride loves to get flowers from them.

I received flowers from my boyfriend through this florist on my 2 year anniversary, and as soon as they were delivered all I could smell was SMOKE!!! It was so strong that it stunk up my office in less than 5 minutes and even my co-workers had to deal with the unpleasant smell. The arrangement itself was beautiful but it didn't matter because of the horrible smell. I called the florist to let them know about the smell, and their response was "Well...I mean what do you want us to do for you? Really? The girl even admitted to smoking in the delivery car and after finally agreeing to giving me another bouquet of 12 red roses, they had ME pick them up. It didn't stop there though. When I went to pick up my new roses, they asked if I had the smelly roses because they had agreed to a an exchange. I told them they were still at my office. Then they had the nerve to ask if I could drop them off at their shop tomorrow because they wanted them back....WOW!!!???By far the worst customer service EVER! I should not be doing any picking up or dropping off of my own flowers!!! Complete disgrace for a florist company. I will NEVER again buy from Eugene's Flower Home and will tell my friends and

This guys did not deliver my flowers by the time i ask the person almost did not get the flowers all because of their way of organizing they were delivered a lot earlier than what i ask
